Kathy Dompeling

Kathy Dompeling brings extensive experience in customer service, purchasing, and human resources to Quantum Polymers, cultivated over her career in the plastics and food industries. 

She has contributed to leading companies such as Conagra, Indiana Sugars, and Flying Foods. At Quantum, Kathy works closely with her customer service team, the outside sales team, c-suite executives, the supply team, and warehouse/transportation professionals to ensure that orders are fulfilled seamlessly and our customers are always satisfied.

Kathy holds an associate degree in business from Moraine Valley and is passionate about maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the supply chain.
