Linda Jackson

As Quantum Polymer’s General Counsel, Linda Mekhitarian Jackson manages our US and international legal matters, advises on business strategy, and oversees corporate compliance, risk management, and human resources.  

Having over 25 years of experience cultivating relationships between the boardroom and in-house legal, Linda has provided guidance on matters spanning across corporate finance and tax; governance; business disputes; litigation management; ethics and regulatory compliance; labor and employment; mergers & acquisitions; employee education; and insurance, real estate, and customer contract negotiations.  Linda’s unique fusion of operational intelligence, leadership and legal acumen has helped her streamline processes and drive organizational growth here at Quantum. 

Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Loyola University of Chicago and a juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
