Ralph Loritz

Ralph Loritz is an accomplished finance professional, with over 25 years of broad industry experience, in bank and trade credit. 

As Quantum Polymers’ Director of Credit, Ralph leads the credit function and is a champion of organizational development, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service. Beyond corporate leadership, Ralph is committed to education and has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Benedictine University, where he taught managerial finance, business management, and analytical decision-making. Ralph brings to Quantum Polymers experience from senior roles held at large and publicly traded organizations. Throughout Ralph’s career, he has successfully built and managed high-performing teams, led change management efforts, and implemented solutions that drive revenue growth while safeguarding financial integrity. 

A lifelong learner, Ralph holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Master Certificate in Finance from North Central College. He is also a Certified Credit Executive (CCE) and a Certified International Credit Professional (CICP), actively engaged in industry associations that promote excellence and innovation in credit and finance.
